Services

I offer individual therapy for children, young people, and adults.

Services are available through the Victims Support Scheme, NDIS, and Medicare Pregnancy Support Counselling, as well as private appointments.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-led, supporting a wide range of mental health needs, from everyday stress to more complex or ongoing challenges.

 Monday to Friday 7.30am - 7.30pm

 Saturday appointments may be available by arrangement.
